have you ever had pain that was so crippling you could barely move let alone genuinely accomplish anything? Yeah, me too. That's how i started on my holistic journey. I remember going into different doctors offices in and out as a kid, teen and an adult. It seemed like no matter where I went the answers were obscure at best. one doctor would say this and another doctor would say that. eventually it got to a point where i struggled with very basic motor skills. This is where my holistic journey really took off. I began diving deep into yoga practices, herbalism, diet, and reconnecting with nature. I earned that by reconnecting through my own nature, more primitive side, and intuitive side that I had control over my mind/body/spirit healing process. Slowly things began to sort themselves out. I studied various movements and exercises and found their correlations to the intuitive body or the primal body- this allowed me to engage my body in a way that built strength and allowed space for healing. I studied different methods of meditation, breath work, the natural world, somatic, our bodies emotional storage, energy work, divination, and even alternative health systems like Ayurveda. What i learned from my studies and what i bring to my studies is that everyone while composed of the same Earth based minerals and elements, that our wellness is rooted first in nature, second in ancestry, and thirdly in our environment and that we have to find ways for our primal body and intuitive body to coexist and integrate on each level in order to achieve optimal wellness.
